If you’re in charge of planning a hen party, you’ll likely be facing the challenge of coming up with a unique party idea that’s a little bit different! 

This is where we can help. The range of options available for hen parties can be quite overwhelming, so we’ve created our classes to be just the right length of time lots of laughs and hen-party fun.

Our Hen Party classes can be held in either our Wexford or Waterford Studio.

Our classes are the perfect package for any party, whether it be full of gym lovers, exercise fanatics or just a group of ladies looking for a bit of fun and movement before heading out on the town. All classes start with a light warm up and ice breaker game to kick off the fun.

The studio will be decorated with banners and balloons to give it a real party effect. We also provide a party bag and sash for for the hen. 

Hen party classes on offer;

Pole Dance Class: 1 hour

we will introduce you to the art of pole dancing. Pole is a great way to bond with your fellow hens, learning how to spin, body roll and work the pole. Building it all up to a routine by the end of class.

Burlesque Class:1 hour

In this class you will be working with Burlesque props (gloves/chairs) to create a fun and sassy dance routine. 

At the end of class you can take photos and videos to show your friends and remember your day. Please be sure and tag us. #lionessaerialfitness
